DIPLOMA IN ANIMAL AROMATHERAPY: Nayana Morag of Essential Animals will be conducting professional level courses in animal aromatherapy in the US, England and Greece in 2008.  Nayana is one of the world's best animal aromatherapists and an excellent teacher.  She has been published in Natural Horse Magazine, Equine Wellness, and other holistic publications.  If you are interested in working with animals professionally, you will first need to complete Level 1 which is done on-line(allow a minimum of 8 weeks to complete).  Then you will be able to move onto Level 2, a one week hands on session held here at Open Heart Ranch, July 13th-16th, 2008.  (Or you can opt to go to England in April or Greece in September). Having completed levels 1 and 2 you will be eligible for accreditation in GEOTA.  This course also covers kinesiology and basic concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  For a course description and costs, go to www.essentialanimals.com (click on Certificate course in Animal Psychoaromatica) or contact Wendy at wendy@wendywolfe.com.

Introduction to Aromatherapy for Animals: August 2, 2008
Open Heart Ranch, Almond, WI  9:30- 4:30  Aromatherapy can be hugely beneficial with animals and often can save you money.  I use therapeutic grade essential oils for all kinds of skin problems on dogs and horses (hot spots, rain rot, thrush, wounds, etc.)   Essential oils can also help with fears and anxiety.  Fears of thunderstorms, loud noises, trailering, and unknown fears can be helped with aromatherapy in horses and dogs.    Aromatherapy can also help strengthen the immune system, clear energetic blocks from the past, reduce pain and ease arthritis.  The list goes on and on.  It is a natural way to help bring your animals into balance and keep them there.  This class will teach you about essential oils, not sell you oils or a distributorship.  You will learn what essential oils are, how they are made, how they work and how you can offer them to your pets. We will cover the oils Wendy uses most often with animals in depth, their uses, safety and benefits.  We also cover using hydrosols which are especially helpful with cats.  You will learn how to make blended gels (for arthritis and wounds), and offer the oils to horses and dogs here.   Wendy is one of the few certified animal aromatherapists in the US and has been practicing aromatherapy with animals for over six years.  Investment: $125, potluck lunch   For Directions and TO REGISTER: email Wendy at wendy@wendywolfe.com or mail your deposit of $50 to her at 6847 Pleasant Drive, Almond, WI 54909

Introduction to Animal Communication for Children: None scheduled at this time.  Contact Wendy if you would like to arrange this.  Two hours $35.00  When we come into this world, we are equipped with all our senses, including our intuitive sense.  As we live in the world, we often are discouraged from using our “sixth” sense and made to believe it cannot be trusted.  This workshop is designed to validate experiences that children may already have had in communicating with animals which uses our sixth sense.  They will also have the opportunity to connect with and communicate with any of the many animals here at Open Heart Ranch.  (Six horses, three goats, two cats and five dogs).  I am dedicated to all students having an empowering, loving, safe and fun experience.
