About Wendy

While Wendy is best known for her gift of communicating with animals, her clients also benefit from her skills as a Certified Animal Aromatherapy Specialist, Cranio Sacral Therapist, intuitive healer and teacher.

Wendy has created a unique approach to animal wellness that incorporates mind, body and spirit by combining telepathic communication with aromatherapy, cranio sacral therapy, red light therapy, nutrition, and behavior/management techniques. She believes that while we can communicate telepathically, it is also very important to learn their language and support their "animalness" through appropriate diet, activities and holistic modalities.

Her communication skills create a deeper and more respectful understanding between people and their animal companions. Clients from around the world share similar feelings of amazement and gratitude over what she has added to their lives and the bonding between themselves and their animals.

Because she believes we all have the ability to communicate telepathically with animals, Wendy also teaches a variety of classes here and abroad to help others develop their intuitive skills.

She is internationally known as an animal communicator, intuitive educator and workshop facilitator. Her work has been featured in newspapers, television (here and abroad) and national radio.

A personal note from Wendy

As a child, animals were my confidants, my best friends. I have never been without an animal companion in my life. Even though I communicated with animals as I child, as an adult I had pushed that ability deep into myself while pursuing more "adult" matters.

In 1999, I rediscovered my ability to communicate with the animals during a workshop with Asia Voight. While studying privately with Asia, she asked me if she could refer clients to me to help with her busy load. I was shocked initially and hadn't expected to do this work professionally. Eventually I realized it was the path my soul had chosen and so I left a career in business to work for the animals full-time. It was as if I welcomed back a part of myself that I had left behind as so many of us do. This is an ability we all possess and we can all develop it if we choose.

At that same time I was introduced to Essential oils. After seeing the amazing results with myself and my own animals I began a course of study with Nayana Morag, Essential Animals of England (www.essentialanimals.com). Her individual way of working with essential oils and animals was different than anyone I had studied with before and truly respected the animals own innate ability to know what is best for them. In 2003, I became one of the few Certified Animal Aromatherapists in the US.

Eventually I was guided to expand my work to include Cranio-Sacral therapy and intuitive healing. I studied Equine Cranio-Sacral therapy with Maureen Rogers (equinecraniosacral.com). My intuitive healing gifts were introduced to me through my guides and the Brazilian healer, Rubens Faria.

With a degree in education and a life-long passion for teaching, it was only natural that I began teaching others how to tap into their own abilities to communicate with animals. This teaching has expanded over the years to include teaching aromatherapy, intuitive development including connecting with your guides and spirits and the Phoenix Rising teachings.

Open Heart Ranch

For me, these gifts are part of my spiritual journey with lessons coming every day. All that I do with animals is done with respect for them as kindred spirits. The animals have so much to teach us about love, forgiveness and living in the present moment. They have souls and purposes just as we do. All we need to do is open our hearts and listen to their messages.

Currently, I live in Central Wisconsin on 10 acres known as Open Heart Ranch with six horses, four dogs, and an ever growing tribe of cats.
