Appointment Information
Schedule a Communication Appointment:

Let her know if you are available during the day or if you need an evening appointment. Evening appointments are less available so it may take longer. It typically takes about 7-10 days to get an appointment but she tries to accommodate emergencies as best as possible. Appointments are scheduled in Central Standard Time.
At least 24 hours prior to the appointment you will need to provide a photo (more recent is preferable) and information to include: name, age, sex, other pets and family members in the household and geographic location. Photographs can either be sent via postal mail or email. If you cannot provide a photo, include a physical description. You will also need to list the questions you have for the animal or information you would like Wendy to discuss with them.
Once Wendy has the information and before your scheduled appointment, she will connect with your animal and communicate. When you call her at your appointed time, she will relay the information provided. She will then provide a three-way with you, your animal and her for clarification or additional questions. ALL TIME spent prior to and during the appointment is considered part of the appointment time.
The investment is $55 for 30 minutes or $110.00 for an hour. Generally, no more than two animals will be contacted during a 30 minute appointment. There is a $20.00 surcharge for emergency appointments. Contact Wendy if you are not sure how much time you will need.

Schedule a Wellness Consultation
The consultation fee ($135) includes:
- Initial phone consultation (approx 15 minutes).
- In-depth meridian testing
- Essential oils to correct imbalances (and shipping)
- Food and Nutritional Recommendations
- Intuitive Communication regarding the issue (adds to Wendy’s understanding)
- Red Light Therapy recommendations (if deemed appropriate)
- A written report of findings and recommendations
First, mail a sample of your animal’s hair (it can come from any part of the body, can be cut or brushed out, only a small amount is needed, but at least 20 hairs, preferably more) to Wendy. Place the hair in a small clean plastic bag that seals. Include a photo and payment by check or make payment through paypal on this website.
Next, contact Wendy at wendy@wendywolfe.com or 715-824-2319 to set up your initial consultation. At this time she will ask you questions to complete a history of your animal. The report and oils will be completed within a week of your consult unless otherwise noted. Once the workup is complete, Wendy will mail the oils and results to you. If you want to meet with Wendy in person, an additional charge will apply depending on travel and time.
